About the speaker
Bob Wallace is an organization development consultant who has worked with Fortune 50 organizations for the past 30 years. He specializes in organization assessment, teambuilding, leadership, diversity, transition management, and executive coaching. Wallace has a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and a master’s degree in Human Resources Development from Webster University.
Wallace is a member of NTL Institute and served as a Steward of the Core Labs Hub. He has served as Dean and Staff for the Human Interaction Lab and Interpersonal Skills for Leadership Success Lab. He is an adjunct professor at the Herbert Walker School of Business & Technology at Webster University. He is a member of the board of directors for The Center of Emotional Intelligence and Human Relations Skills. Wallace’s corporate experience includes staff and management positions with IBM and Digital Equipment Corporation. He is certified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory, Singer-Loomis Type Deployment Inventory, and Emotional Intelligence 360 surveys.
