Part III: Implementing the Plan
In Part II you developed a road map. Between sessions, you started your journey. How far have you gotten? Have you encountered any detours? Did you run out of gas? Get a flat tire? Making a plan is one thing, carrying it out is a whole different beast. This session is meant to be a “check in” – a place to bring up challenges, questions, and concerns you’ve encountered, as well as share and celebrate achievements, since our previous session to help ensure the plan you developed gets enacted rather than put on the shelf.
