Leading the millennial is easy, all you need is the following: nap pods, fancy coffee and avocados. I’m kidding and as a millennial, I am taking a few liberties at making fun of my peer age group. The millennial age group is on track to be the largest body in the workforce, often leaving confusion from managers on how to maximize human capital from this age group. In this session, we will discuss a variety of strategies to motivate and lead the millennial and younger employees who will be entering into the workforce soon.
