CVB Tourism Investment Program for 2020

As the official destination marketing organization for the Myrtle Beach area, Visit Myrtle Beach is connecting with millions of visitors and planners each year through marketing and sales efforts. The CVB Tourism Investment Program (TIP) connects you to those visitors and planners helping you grow your business while together, we grow visitation to the area overall.

Each program’s benefits vary but highlights include:

  • The advocacy platform is now exclusively available for all CVB regional partners, both lodging and non-lodging partners, and cannot be purchased outside of the CVB. Some participation levels include new features to win over more travelers with market-level insights and prospect discovery.

  • The Group sales program has also been streamlined with reduced pricing and discounts.

  • Lodging investors will find lower cost participation options and guaranteed referrals are back.

Domestic Showcase Continues to Break Records in Myrtle Beach


Travel South USA (TSUSA) continues to grow in attendance and evolves its annual showcase program. Held Feb. 24-27, 2019, in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, delegates enjoyed Southern food, networking opportunities, and one-on-one appointments to bring visitors to the South. This year attendees enjoyed a private concert by South Carolina’s own three-time Grammy winner, Darius Rucker, held at the Myrtle Beach House of Blues in Barefoot Landing. The convention was hosted at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center and attendees were housed in both the Sheraton Myrtle Beach Convention Center Hotel and Myrtle Beach Marriott Resort & Spa at Grande Dunes. The attendees also participated in pre- and post-familiarization tours of Myrtle Beach and the surrounding regions of South Carolina. READ MORE
